Rachel Kauder-Nalebuff is an undergraduate at Yale. The inspiration for MY LITTLE RED BOOK came at a family gathering when her female relatives started sharing their own experiences, many for the first time. Subsequently, she decided to take the theme to a larger audience, making a speech in front of 1,000 high school classmates, that began “This is a speech about first periods, and I don’t mean your 8:00 AM class.”
